H 12-1/2's in the Annapolis Area
« on: July 31, 2010, 10:52:53 PM »
Does anyone know who owns 12-1/2 Sail # 324 in the Annapolis area (probably a FG version). Annapolis YC has (10) 12-1/2's and is trying to find any others in the area to increase the size of it's fleet which races on Wednesday nights in the Spring and Summer.

Hi Museler - the closest I see are the three in VA. We only document the original HMC boats so if its one of the Fiberglass Doughdish's or CCSB 12 1/2's it wouldnt be in the registry.

If you go top the Registry link - and go to "Database" one of the coices is "Location" - Steve lists the location by class:

There are 2 originals in Oxford and 1 in Alexandria.  As Adam notes, we don't track the fiberglass ones.

My nephew, who is a recent Annapolis grad tells me there are quite a few Eddy & Duff boats there, but hadn't seen an original.
